Here is a chronological overview of the events:
December 2 – 2023: Purchase and Payment
I bought VPS services with the following specifications:
– Price: $10
– 6 vCPU Cores [AMD EPYC 7282]
– 16 GB DDR4 RAM
– 120 GB NVMe Disk
– 1 IP Address
– 32TB Bandwidth (1 Gbps)
– Location: Singapore
Despite making the payment, this day not received the services I purchased.


December 3: Initial Suspicions
At 11:32 PM, suspicions arose when I discovered that the VPS specifications did not match the promised ones. Additionally, there were indications of unauthorized installation of another application (pterodactyl). I feel that the VPS provided has already been used before, as evidenced by the server uptime being 3 days and Pterodactyl being installed.


December 4: First Contact with the Seller
At 2:13 AM, I contacted the seller to verify the discrepancies in specifications and the installation of additional applications. Unfortunately, there was no response from the seller.
At 8:41 PM, after waiting without results, I opened a new ticket. After a few minutes, I received a response, and the seller suggested a hard reset of the VPS, to which I agreed.


December 5: No Progress
I waited without receiving any information or further developments regarding the VPS.


December 6: Unsuccessful Attempt to Contact the Owner
Team members from Ateex.cloud attempted to contact the owner through tags, but there was no response.


December 7: Ticket Closure Without Notice
My ticket was abruptly closed without notice. I sought help through a public forum and received a response from the seller. He requested a new ticket, where I submitted a refund request. The seller rejected it with varying reasons, including the claim that I did not request a refund earlier.
The seller promised to replace the VPS and guaranteed delivery today. However, as of now, I have not received the promised services. I have opened a total of 4 tickets without obtaining a satisfactory solution.
December 8: No Delivery of New VPS

The funny thing is when I forcibly requested a refund through PayPal, he suddenly sent me a private message:

However, I did not respond to his request. I continued with the dispute on PayPal, and a few days later, PayPal responded and refunded all my money.

Be careful with them, because they play very clean. Why? Because my posts on https://www.trustpilot.com/ are always flagged by them to get taken down.
